A little about Katie

Katie lives  in a peaceful slice of heaven just outside of Denver, Colorado with her husband, two adorable boys, and sweet pup. She finds inspiration as she watches her boys run the property, play in the mud, build teepees in the bridal path, and hunting bugs in the creek. The messier, the better!

She studied at Azusa Pacific University, where she got her degree in Studio Art. For as long as she can remember, Katie has been interested in the  children's book industry. Kids need a safe place to grow, learn and share a giggle. She hopes her books can be this place. 

In her day to day, you can find Katie painting murals, working on commissioned pieces, and writing, and finger painting with the littles.
